We were tasked with creating realistic 3D visuals and animated sequences showcasing how the new Central Square would look and feel once completed — including materials, light behavior, vegetation, and urban flow.
Each client had a slightly different focus:
Eiffage: architectural detailing and façade rhythm
Agora: global urban integration within Belval’s masterplan
Soludec & Asars Construction: construction perspectives and investor presentation materials
Our mission was to unify these visual narratives while maintaining the individual focus of each stakeholder.
We developed the project in several stages, producing both daytime and sunset scenarios to highlight how natural light interacts with the architecture and landscape.
We used advanced 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering to capture every reflection, texture, and spatial relationship within the site.
To complement the stills, we produced short dynamic video sequences, allowing viewers to experience the space as if walking through it — enhancing emotional impact and spatial understanding.
The resulting visuals became essential tools for public communication, architectural validation, and investor presentations.
Our work helped multiple stakeholders align around a shared vision for the future of Belval Central Square, strengthening the dialogue between developers, architects, and the city’s planners.
Through this project, BAMHUB contributed to visualizing one of Luxembourg’s most emblematic examples of modern urban regeneration — where industrial heritage meets contemporary living.
