In 2022, Wideye, a division of AGC Group, sought to elevate its presence at CES Las Vegas, one of the world’s leading technology events.
The objective was to simplify the meeting scheduling process for visitors and partners, while creating an environment that reflected Wideye’s commitment to cutting-edge technology and innovation.
BAMHUB was selected to design and develop a smart, intuitive reservation app and booth experience for Wideye.
The goal was to merge physical design and digital technology — offering visitors seamless booking, confirmation, and real-time coordination, while empowering the Wideye team with full operational control during the event.
We built a responsive web application optimized for all devices, featuring a clean, futuristic UI inspired by Wideye’s brand identity.
Visitors could instantly schedule meetings, while Wideye’s internal dashboard provided real-time visibility and automated updates.
In parallel, our design and production teams developed the booth architecture, integrating digital screens, live data displays, and interactive car exhibits for an immersive experience.
The Wideye CES App and booth experience successfully unified digital and physical engagement.
