Pavel Strek

Founder & Tech Entrepreneur

Pavel Strek, founder and entrepreneur, began his remarkable entrepreneurial journey in 2013 by creating the digital agency BAM from scratch, before raising it to the status of a major player, recognized both in Luxembourg and internationally. Fluent in five languages, Pavel's linguistic skills have greatly contributed to his global success. In 2015, a partnership with AGC Automotive marked a key milestone, expanding the agency's service offering on a global scale.

By 2016, Pavel had distinguished itself with its exceptional 3D services, particularly for French-speaking countries, positioning BAM as the benchmark 3D agency in Luxembourg and collaborating with the majority of the Grand Duchy's real estate players. Expansion continued with the opening of a subsidiary in Spain in 2019, capturing the attention of Coca-Cola with its innovative solutions and unique concepts. Building on its success in the fields of international exhibition projects and web development, Pavel Strek opened an office in Los Angeles in 2021 and in São Paulo in 2023, aiming not only to continue its growth but also to strengthen its international team.

In 2024, Pavel Strek launched BAMHUB, drawing on his extensive network of contacts and in collaboration with Sylvain Chassaing, who joins the project as co-founder and development director.

Sylvain Chassaing

Co-Founder, Business Investor & Developer

Sylvain Chassaing is distinguished by a career rich in experience, starting out with major groups such as Eiffage Construction and Fougerolles Paris, before managing luxury projects at Demathieu & Bard / Tralux in Luxembourg.

With over twenty years' experience in project management, in 2017 he embarked on an entrepreneurial career marked by his role as a real estate developer and the development of various businesses in different fields internationally, covering real estate, architecture, proptech and digitalization.

Recognized for his role as facilitator and conductor for his associates and customers, and with a passion for networking, Sylvain Chassaing launched Val & Busin in 2024. Through this company, he deploys his advanced expertise in corporate development strategy and business expansion, offering a premium consulting service.

In 2024, he and Pavel Strek created BAMHUB to support companies in business expansion by combining three important elements: face-to-face meetings, digitalization and premium venues.
