Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, publication or future project opportunities.
BAMHUB may approve, decline, edit, suspend or remove profiles at its discretion.
Partners remain independent businesses or professionals.
Joining the network does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their information is accurate and that they have permission to publish any images, project information, logos and other materials submitted.
BAMHUB may contact a Partner when its expertise appears relevant to an opportunity.
Partners are free to accept or decline.
No project relationship exists until the relevant commercial terms are agreed.
Joining BAMHUB Partners is free.
If BAMHUB originates an opportunity or brings a Partner into a BAMHUB project, a BAMHUB commission, project fee or other commercial arrangement may apply.
The applicable commercial model will always be disclosed and agreed in writing before the Partner accepts the project.
No commission is automatically due solely because a Partner appears on the BAMHUB website.
Depending on the project, a Partner may contract directly with the client. In other cases, the Partner may contract with BAMHUB.
The relevant agreement will define:
- Scope
- Responsibilities
- Fees
- Payment terms
- BAMHUB commission, if applicable
- Intellectual property
- Confidentiality
- Insurance
- Liability
- Any non circumvention arrangements, if applicable
BAMHUB does not guarantee leads, revenue or project opportunities.
Partners remain responsible for maintaining any licences, permits, insurance and professional requirements applicable to their work.
Approved Partner information may be publicly displayed on the BAMHUB Partners page.
Partners may request reasonable corrections or removal.
Personal data submitted by Partners is processed in accordance with the BAMHUB Privacy Policy.
BAMHUB Partners may evolve over time. Future functions may include enhanced discovery, matching, lead distribution or other services.
Any additional commercial or legal terms required for future platform functions will be presented separately before they apply.
