A paid BAMHUB engagement begins only once the relevant scope, price and terms have been agreed in writing.

External specialists may contract and invoice directly. Any BAMHUB fee, commission or coordination fee applicable to a project is agreed before the relevant work begins.
BAMHUB Partners is a selected network of independent companies and specialists, presented on the Partners page.
A profile appearing on BAMHUB does not mean that the person or company is an employee, agent or legal representative of BAMHUB.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, partners remain independent businesses responsible for their own work, contracts, taxes, insurance, licences and professional obligations.
A BAMHUB Selected badge means that BAMHUB has selected the profile for inclusion in the network. It is not a guarantee of future performance.
A Worked With BAMHUB badge means that BAMHUB has previously worked with that partner.
Where appropriate, visitors may contact BAMHUB Partners directly.
BAMHUB is not automatically a party to agreements entered into directly between a visitor and a partner.
When BAMHUB introduces a partner as part of a BAMHUB project, separate commercial terms may apply.
Project pages describe BAMHUB's actual role as accurately as possible. Work performed by clients, partners or other specialists is identified separately where relevant.
Project status may include Concept Developed, In Development, Built, Live, Launched or Operating.
A concept displayed on the website should not be understood as a completed project unless clearly stated.
BAMHUB is preparing a Training & Workshops offering. Specific terms and conditions for registration, fees (if any), and cancellation will be published on the Training & Workshops page before this feature accepts registrations, and this document will be updated accordingly.
You may submit ideas, documents, images, plans, presentations or other materials through the website.
You remain the owner of your materials. You give BAMHUB permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to review your request, communicate with you and consider a possible engagement.
Please do not submit trade secrets or highly sensitive confidential information through a general website form. If information needs formal confidentiality protection before disclosure, contact BAMHUB first to discuss an NDA.
Unless otherwise stated, BAMHUB owns or is authorised to use the content, design, text and materials published on the website.
Project images, partner work and third party materials may remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law.
The courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable consumer law.
