Practical corporate training and workshops across AI, strategic thinking, business opportunities, concept and experience, entrepreneurship and project execution.
Every private session starts from one real challenge, decision or opportunity inside your organisation. Complex topics are explained simply, then explored through real situations, practical thinking and direct discussion.
Choose a training area and a format independently. When useful, the learning can be combined with BAMHUB's other Business Lab services to validate, shape or carry the challenge further.
For more than 15 years, Pavel Strek, founder of BAMHUB, has taught teams how to understand, present and apply new ideas in real business situations. Training was rarely a separate classroom exercise. It happened where people had to make a decision, explain a project, use a new tool or move an opportunity forward.
In practice, this has meant preparing leadership and sales teams before important presentations; explaining how a technology, product or service works; showing when one option is more appropriate than another; running workshops around a live business problem; demonstrating digital and AI tools; and helping multidisciplinary teams maintain the same understanding from concept to delivery.
Topics have included AI for business, innovation, digital products, product and service concepts, customer experience, hospitality, real estate, automotive, industrial technologies, entrepreneurship and international expansion. Participants have included executives, sales and innovation teams, designers, technical specialists, entrepreneurs and project teams.
With AGC Group, across more than a decade of collaboration, this approach has helped internal and client-facing teams understand and present automotive and glass technologies, interactive demonstrations, digital tools and experience concepts to stakeholders and automotive clients.
The experience has been built through work with companies, teams, partners and entrepreneurs connected to Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Spain, Brazil, the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. Different cultures, markets and decision-making environments now shape the way every session is prepared and delivered.
Alongside this project-based training, selected public sessions include RE/MAX Global Day in Luxembourg, on artificial intelligence, business and personal branding; AXA in Brussels, with training and live demonstrations around innovation in insurance; and BAMHUB Business Embassy sessions with entrepreneurs from different countries.
These are selected examples, not the full experience. The objective of every session is concrete: understand the subject in plain language, see how it applies to the organisation, compare realistic options, practise with a real situation and leave with clearer next steps and a method the team can reuse.
Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
