When BAMHUB first started working with Oikos Concept, the company was still at the very beginning of its journey.
Created within Luxembourg's Groupe Polygone, Oikos was developing a different approach to construction based on modular and off-site building.
The activity was new.
The projects were emerging.
And there was still a fundamental communication question to solve:
How do you introduce a new construction activity and make people understand what it can actually offer?
BAMHUB began working with the Oikos and Polygone teams around that question.
Modular construction can sound simple from the outside.
The reality is much broader.
Oikos brings together design, off-site manufacturing, logistics and on-site assembly to deliver residential and other building projects through a different construction process.
At an early stage of the company, simply showing finished projects was therefore not enough.
People also needed to understand what Oikos was, how its approach worked, what could be created with it and why it was relevant.
Together with the teams involved, we explored different ways that emerging activity could be presented and supported.
One of the clearest needs was a dedicated digital presence.
Oikos did not initially come to BAMHUB simply asking us to execute a predefined website.
The website emerged as one of the practical answers to a broader need: giving the new activity its own place to explain itself, present its approach and progressively build its presence.
BAMHUB developed the digital experience around that objective.
The structure, content, visual direction and user journey had to make an unfamiliar construction approach easier to explore while creating an identity appropriate for the ambitions of the new company.
The website became a platform from which Oikos could begin telling its own story.
The challenge was not simply designing pages.
It was deciding what someone encountering Oikos needed to understand.
What does the company do?
What makes the construction approach different?
What kinds of projects are possible?
How does the process work?
What does this mean for someone considering a project?
Those questions influenced how information was organised and how the digital experience was developed.
The objective was to reduce the distance between an emerging construction model and the people Oikos wanted to reach.
The relationship continued beyond the initial digital work.
As Oikos developed, BAMHUB remained in close contact with the company and Groupe Polygone teams, including their marketing capabilities.
Discussions continued around how projects could be presented, how the activity could evolve its communication and what other opportunities could support its development.
Rather than treating the website as a finished isolated deliverable, the collaboration continued around the changing reality of the business.
Some of those conversations also moved beyond conventional agency-client meetings.
Oikos and Groupe Polygone became part of the wider relationships around BAMHUB, with exchanges and encounters taking place in Luxembourg and internationally, including around real estate gatherings such as MIPIM in Cannes.
These moments created opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss projects and connect the company with a wider professional environment.
It reflects another part of how BAMHUB works:
sometimes the useful contribution is something we create.
Sometimes it is a conversation.
Sometimes it is bringing the right people into the same room.
Oikos is fundamentally a physical business.
Buildings have to be designed, manufactured, transported, assembled and ultimately lived in.
But helping the market understand that physical proposition required a digital experience.
That made the website more than a communication layer.
It became one of the interfaces between an emerging construction approach and the people Oikos wanted to reach.
The physical and digital realities supported each other.
An emerging activity within Groupe Polygone gained a dedicated digital presence through which it could explain its approach, present its projects and develop its own market-facing identity.
But the collaboration did not stop when the website went live.
BAMHUB continued exchanging with the teams around communication, projects, future possibilities and connections within the wider ecosystem as Oikos itself continued to develop.
Oikos illustrates a type of relationship that does not begin with a perfectly defined brief.
A company can be at the beginning of something new and know where it wants to go without necessarily knowing every tool it will need along the way.
BAMHUB can enter at that point.
Understand what is emerging.
Explore what could help.
Shape the appropriate response.
Build it.
And continue bringing ideas, people and perspectives around the project as it evolves.
For Oikos, one of those answers was a website.
The website was the first visible output.
Helping an emerging activity find ways to explain itself, connect and grow was the wider work.

Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
