Training & Workshops

Corporate AI & business training and workshops, built around your company's real challenge
We do not simply teach a subject. We build each training or workshop around a specific problem, decision or opportunity inside your company, so your team learns while moving it forward. When the challenge requires more than training, the programme can be combined with BAMHUB's wider Business Lab support.
You do not just learn a subject. You use it while learning it.

Practical corporate training and workshops across AI, strategic thinking, business opportunities, concept and experience, entrepreneurship and project execution.

Every private session starts from one real challenge, decision or opportunity inside your organisation. Complex topics are explained simply, then explored through real situations, practical thinking and direct discussion.

Choose a training area and a format independently. When useful, the learning can be combined with BAMHUB's other Business Lab services to validate, shape or carry the challenge further.

One real business situation
Use the subject while working on something that already matters
Flexible combinations
Choose one area, combine several, then select the right format

What you can learn
Choose one area, combine several, or let us build a programme around your organisation and one specific business challenge.
AI for Real Business
Explore AI across research, communication, creation, customer experience, internal processes, automation, products and services. Technical concepts are explained only when they matter. Identify relevant use cases, compare opportunities and decide what is worth testing.
Apply it to
A process, product, service or current business challenge
You leave with
Relevant AI opportunities and clearer next steps
Best for
Founders, CEOs, executives, managers and business teams
Multi-Reality Thinking™
A decision can look right from one perspective and fail when another reality is considered. Examine it across market, business, people, experience, technology, AI and real-world constraints. The objective is not to complicate decisions. It is to see more before deciding.
Apply it to
A strategic decision, investment, opportunity or project
You leave with
A decision map, identified blind spots and clearer criteria
Best for
Leadership teams, founders and innovation teams
Opportunity Thinking
An opportunity can begin with a problem, expertise, technology, property, existing product, market shift or unused asset. Explore options at the intersection of what you want to create, what you can deliver and what the market needs.
Apply it to
An idea, asset, expertise, business problem or new ambition
You leave with
Possible opportunities and priority directions
Best for
Founders, entrepreneurs and innovation teams
Concept & Experience
Turn an initial direction into one coherent concept across business, people, services, brand, physical environments and digital touchpoints. Identify friction and make different disciplines work as one experience across hospitality, retail, real estate, workplaces, showrooms, products and platforms.
Apply it to
A hotel, retail concept, service, product, workplace or platform
You leave with
Key experience issues and initial concept principles
Best for
Business leaders, hospitality, retail and real estate teams
From Idea to Reality
Strong ideas often lose value during execution as budgets change, technical constraints appear and small compromises accumulate. Choose the right specialists, combine expertise, define responsibilities and manage constraints without losing the original direction.
Apply it to
A concept, transformation or project being prepared or built
You leave with
Clearer roles, alignment principles and responsibilities
Best for
Founders, project leaders and multidisciplinary teams
Entrepreneurship & International Reality
Explore real situations around creating and adapting businesses, choosing markets, understanding cultural differences, selecting partners and building teams. There is no universal formula. Different contexts require different decisions.
Apply it to
A new market, expansion, partnership or entrepreneurial decision
You leave with
Clearer market questions and strategic options
Best for
Entrepreneurs and companies expanding internationally
Bring a real challenge. Learn while moving it forward.
The core training remains structured, but the examples and application come from your organisation.
Understand
A briefing call and short questionnaire help us understand the participants, business context, what has already been tried and what should be explored.
Learn and challenge
Relevant concepts are explained in direct, accessible language. Participants compare perspectives, question assumptions and use practical exercises, real examples and relevant AI or digital tools.
Apply and decide
The learning is applied to a real situation from your organisation. Participants leave with a reusable way of thinking and clearer next steps for something that already matters.
Grounded in real work, not theory

For more than 15 years, Pavel Strek, founder of BAMHUB, has taught teams how to understand, present and apply new ideas in real business situations. Training was rarely a separate classroom exercise. It happened where people had to make a decision, explain a project, use a new tool or move an opportunity forward.

In practice, this has meant preparing leadership and sales teams before important presentations; explaining how a technology, product or service works; showing when one option is more appropriate than another; running workshops around a live business problem; demonstrating digital and AI tools; and helping multidisciplinary teams maintain the same understanding from concept to delivery.

Topics have included AI for business, innovation, digital products, product and service concepts, customer experience, hospitality, real estate, automotive, industrial technologies, entrepreneurship and international expansion. Participants have included executives, sales and innovation teams, designers, technical specialists, entrepreneurs and project teams.

With AGC Group, across more than a decade of collaboration, this approach has helped internal and client-facing teams understand and present automotive and glass technologies, interactive demonstrations, digital tools and experience concepts to stakeholders and automotive clients.

The experience has been built through work with companies, teams, partners and entrepreneurs connected to Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Spain, Brazil, the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. Different cultures, markets and decision-making environments now shape the way every session is prepared and delivered.

Alongside this project-based training, selected public sessions include RE/MAX Global Day in Luxembourg, on artificial intelligence, business and personal branding; AXA in Brussels, with training and live demonstrations around innovation in insurance; and BAMHUB Business Embassy sessions with entrepreneurs from different countries.

These are selected examples, not the full experience. The objective of every session is concrete: understand the subject in plain language, see how it applies to the organisation, compare realistic options, practise with a real situation and leave with clearer next steps and a method the team can reuse.

Good to know
Clear scope, transparent pricing and practical support before the session begins.
What is included?
The selected format includes one pre-session briefing, preparation, structured training content, practical exercises, discussion and application to one current business challenge. Selected full-day and intensive formats also include a concise outcome summary. No technical background is required, unless your team specifically requests a more technical session.
What may be quoted separately?
Only requests that materially extend the agreed scope, such as travel, several locations, extensive additional research, a detailed consultancy report or specialist co-facilitators. Any additional cost is explained and approved before confirmation. There are no surprise fees.
Languages and participant support
Sessions are delivered in English or French. Pavel also speaks Russian and Spanish fluently and can clarify concepts, answer questions or support participants in either language when helpful.
Can areas and Business Lab services be combined?
Yes. Training areas can be combined. If the challenge needs validation, concept development, digital development, specialist expertise or execution support, the session can also connect with BAMHUB's wider Business Lab services. This is proposed only when useful and agreed separately.
Luxembourg training co-funding
Eligible Luxembourg companies may be able to include qualifying employee training expenses in their annual continuing vocational training co-funding application, subject to applicable conditions and approval. BAMHUB can provide the programme description, learning objectives, duration and participant information required for the company's documentation.
Not sure which training you need?
You do not need to choose the final programme or format before speaking with us. Tell us who should participate, what your team needs to understand or become better at, and which real decision, problem or opportunity could be used during the training.
Bring a real challenge. Learn while moving it forward.
LET'S TALK

Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.

The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
