For Tanna Residence, MIMCO Capital needed more than a collection of plans and images.
The development had to become something potential buyers could understand, imagine and ultimately see themselves living in.
BAMHUB worked alongside the project's architect to transform the available architectural information into a complete presentation and sales experience.
We considered how the development should be discovered from a buyer's perspective.
What should be shown first? How should the project, residences and spaces be presented? How could technical plans become easier to understand? And how could all these elements work together as one coherent story?
BAMHUB developed the visual direction and structure of the brochure, produced the 3D visualisations and prepared the floor plans for presentation.
The objective was not simply to document the development, but to help future buyers picture the experience of living there.
3D imagery, plans, typography, information and storytelling were brought together into one coherent real-estate presentation.
Working closely with the architect allowed us to remain faithful to the project while translating architectural information into material designed for a different audience: the future buyer.
The final brochure became a practical sales tool for presenting Tanna Residence before people could experience the completed development for themselves.
The architecture defined the project. Our role was to make it understandable, desirable and ready to present to its future buyers.
Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
