Pavel Strek, founder and entrepreneur, began his remarkable entrepreneurial journey in 2013 by creating the digital agency BAM from scratch, before raising it to the status of a major player, recognized both in Luxembourg and internationally. Fluent in five languages, Pavel's linguistic skills have greatly contributed to his global success. In 2015, a partnership with AGC Automotive marked a key milestone, expanding the agency's service offering on a global scale. By 2016, Pavel had distinguished itself with its exceptional 3D services, particularly for French-speaking countries, positioning BAM as the benchmark 3D agency in Luxembourg and collaborating with the majority of the Grand Duchy's real estate players. Expansion continued with the opening of a subsidiary in Spain in 2019, Los Angeles in 2021 and in São Paulo in 2023.
Adrien Moreno is recognized for his strategic leadership, excelling in overseeing projects, managing teams and maintaining strong customer relationships. He brilliantly manages complex marketing challenges, collaborating with a variety of customers across Europe, with a particular focus on managing business centers in France.
Erick Felipe Martins stands out for his expertise in administrative management, with a proven ability to optimize processes and operational efficiency. He has relevant experience as a Manager and Director in civil and digital engineering companies.
Leandro Rodrigues stands out for his experience in graphic and digital design, with over 10 years in the industry. He has created visual identities and UI design for renowned brands such as LATAM, ESPN, and FOX. He was a guest lecturer at Senac and has published courses on Domestika with over 18,000 students. Leandro is passionate about typography and synthesizing complex ideas into refined visual projects. He also shares his knowledge by leading design teams and teaching classes.

Wesley Rodrigues Soares 3D Artist Wesley Rodrigues Soares studied Computer Science from 2003 to 2006 and soon after entered the job market as a 3D Artist. He has experience with animations, TV and internet commercial productions, and VFX in audiovisual production companies and television channels. He has served as a creative team leader in various graphic computing projects since then.
