BAMHUB is a Business Lab founded in Luxembourg in 2013. We work with founders, companies, property owners and investors on ideas, projects, businesses, places and opportunities that need a clear direction before they move forward.
Our work can start with a Multi-Reality Check™, the development of a concept and experience, an existing project that needs another point of view, or a project already moving into design, development or implementation.
Today, BAMHUB brings years of experience across business, digital products, technology, physical spaces and experiences together in one way of working: understand what is really there, define what should happen next, bring in the right expertise, and stay involved when needed as the project becomes real.
BAMHUB's story begins before the company itself. Founder Pavel Strek was born in Siberia during the late Soviet years and later grew up in Luxembourg.
Living between different countries, languages and cultures created an early habit of looking at the same situation from more than one point of view. That perspective later became central to how BAMHUB approaches projects: what works in one market, culture or context may not work in another.
The company was founded in Luxembourg in 2013 and grew through real client work rather than around one fixed discipline.
BAM started as a creative and communication company. Digital work, 3D visualisation, interactive experiences and larger international projects gradually expanded what the team was asked to solve.
Work with companies such as AGC, as well as projects in real estate, technology, digital products, exhibitions and new ventures, increasingly required different disciplines to work together.
International expansion into Madrid, the United States and Brazil added new markets, business cultures and ways of working. BAMHUB also created projects and ventures of its own, giving the team experience not only as a supplier, but also as an operator and creator.
By 2026, the company was reorganised around the way it had increasingly been working for years. BAMHUB became a Business Lab.
The company starts with creative, communication and visual projects.
The first digital projects arrive and the team begins to expand beyond traditional communication.
BAM grows in Luxembourg and takes on larger and more varied projects.
Cross-border projects and partnerships expand the work beyond the local market.
Projects increasingly involve different markets, clients and disciplines.
Digital becomes a larger part of the work and projects increasingly connect different capabilities.
BAM develops a strong position in 3D realism in Luxembourg and the Greater Region and expands into Madrid.
Technology, design, 3D and experience increasingly come together within the same projects.
International projects and relationships continue to develop.
BAM expands into the United States and adds another business culture to its experience.
BAM expands into Sao Paulo and develops an international business network through Business Embassy.
More specialists, companies and entrepreneurs become connected around projects and opportunities.
The company brings its international development, network and different capabilities under one identity.
The company is structured around Reality Check, concept and experience development, specialist expertise and Guardianship rather than a fixed list of services.
BAMHUB has an internal design and development capability, and works with a wider network of independent specialists and companies.
Depending on the project, this can include architects, engineers, developers, AI specialists, operators, manufacturers, financial experts, designers, researchers or specialists from other fields.
If a client already has a team, we work with them. Each specialist remains responsible for their own field, while BAMHUB helps keep the concept, experience and different parts of the project connected.
Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
