An idea or project can look good from one point of view and very different from another. Depending on the project, customers, users, operators, architects, developers, investors or other specialists may each see something different.
This is why we use a Multiple Reality Check. We look at the realities that can affect the project, including people, market, location, experience, business, operations, technology, economics, feasibility and constraints.
When another point of view can change an important decision, we bring that knowledge into the process early.
Depending on the project, we may visit the location, observe how people move and behave, speak with customers, users, businesses or employees, test existing products and experiences, compare competitors, study reviews and research, and speak with relevant specialists.
For physical projects, we can look at the location, surrounding area, access, movement, existing uses and operations. For digital projects, we can look at existing products, user behaviour, UX, adoption barriers, technology and AI opportunities.
What we check depends on what we need to understand for the project.
We bring the different realities together and look at how they affect each other. A customer need can change the business model, a location can change the experience, an operational constraint can change the concept, and technology can create another possibility.
We then compare the possible directions based on what people need, what the market supports, what is feasible, what can work in practice and what makes economic sense.
The result may confirm the original direction, improve it, reveal another opportunity, or show that further investment does not make sense.
Sometimes you already have a clear concept and we help improve or complete it. In other cases, you have an idea, problem, property or opportunity, but the concept still needs to be created.
Depending on the project, we can work on the business concept, product, service, customer journey, physical space, digital product, technology, AI, operations, revenue model and customer experience.
We look at these parts together when they affect each other. For example, a change in the business model can change the experience, a technical limit can change the product, and what we learn from customers or a location can change the concept.
The concept can continue to change as we learn more about what will work in reality.
BAMHUB looks at the project across business, people, experience, product, place, technology, operations and economics. But we do not claim to be experts in every field.
When we need deeper knowledge, we involve the right specialists. Depending on the project, this can include architects, engineers, developers, AI specialists, operators, manufacturers, financial experts, designers, researchers or people from other fields.
If you already have a team, we can work with them. BAMHUB also has its own digital design and development team. For other areas, we can work with our specialist partners or find new specialists when needed.
Each specialist is responsible for their own work. BAMHUB helps keep the concept and the different parts of the project connected.
Projects often change during design, development and implementation. Budgets can change, technical or legal limits can appear, specialists can bring new information, and practical questions can come up during development, construction or operations.
When useful, BAMHUB stays involved at important stages and works with you, your team and specialist partners to review these changes and understand how they affect the concept and experience.
We call this Guardianship. It does not mean that the original concept cannot change. If new information gives us a better solution, we adapt it. Our role is to help make sure the project stays connected to what it is trying to achieve.
As the direction and concept become clearer, we also define what success should mean for the project.
For a business, this can be revenue, margins, new customers or lower costs. For a property, it can be value, occupancy, how the space is used or the customer experience. For a digital product, it can be adoption, usage, customer retention or efficiency. Other projects can have different goals.
Defining this early helps us make better decisions during the project and later understand if the project is creating the expected value.
You do not need to start from the beginning or repeat work that has already been done.
You may have an idea that needs to be tested, a concept that needs more work, a clear project that needs another point of view, a team that needs more expertise, or a project that is already in design, development or implementation.
Depending on what you already have, BAMHUB can help with a Multiple Reality Check, Concept + Experience, bringing in the right specialist knowledge, Guardianship, or a combination of these.
We first understand what is already in place. Then we recommend only what we think your project needs next.
The first conversation is free. If we think BAMHUB can help, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending you a proposal.
Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
