The architecture of a major mixed-use tower was already defined, but its future still needed to be presented to investors and decision-makers. BAMHUB's concept was selected and is now being developed into the final presentation experience.
Turn a future landmark into a vision investors and decision-makers can experience before it is built.
A major mixed-use skyscraper is planned for Karachi's coastline with the ambition of becoming the tallest tower in Pakistan. BAMHUB's role was to determine how a project of this scale should be presented before it exists — connecting location, architecture, mixed-use programme and ambition into one coherent investment story.
The Concept
Show the future inside the real city. BAMHUB conceived the presentation around the relationship between the future skyscraper and the Karachi that exists today — filming the real city, coastline and surroundings on location, then integrating the future tower through 3D visualisation.
The Experience
The audience travels through a development that cannot yet be visited: from Karachi and its coastline, to the site, to the architecture, into the mixed-use ecosystem, then progressively upwards through its vertical scale.
From Concept to Reality
BAMHUB defines the story, sequences, viewpoints, camera movements and transitions — combining narrative development, 3D visualisation, architectural animation and planned on-location drone footage into one continuous experience.
BAMHUB's concept was selected as the approach through which the future development will be presented, and BAMHUB was commissioned to continue developing the presentation.
The first validation happened before production: our concept was selected. The wider impact cannot yet be measured because the project is ongoing, but the final presentation is intended to help communicate the development to investors, government stakeholders and other key decision-makers.
We were not selected to design the tower. We were selected to design how people will understand its future.
Bring us an idea, a problem, a property, capital, an existing business or a project already in progress. We first understand what is already there and then explain what we think should happen next.
The first conversation is free. If we believe BAMHUB can add value, we explain what we recommend, why we recommend it and what it would involve before sending a proposal.
